St Hugo Football Mission Statement
 
To instruct the fundamentals of football and teach the principles of sportsmanship, team unity, competition and community service within a faith-based, Catholic environment.

CONDITIONING
The coaches want to thank all of the players that have attended the drills over the past month. This amount of effort & dedication will give the teams a solid base to work from starting day one at camp. As a reminder, while the drills over the past few weeks have been “optional” it is still the players’ responsibility to show up the first day in football shape. Football is one of the most physically demanding sports you can play. The coaches assume if you have not been attending you have been busy with other sports i.e. lacrosse, baseball, swimming, tennis, etc.

WEIGHT LIMIT

CYO has adjusted the playing weight for JV to 135 lbs.
Varsity remains at 165 lbs.

Saturday, October 17th - Equipment turn in
All three teams between 1000am-1200pm.

Please make sure all uniforms are cleaned & washed and all pads/helmets are wiped clean with soap and warm water. All issued equipment except mouth guards need to be returned.
